Omelet With a Zing

Last weekend I mixed up some raw eggs, a good portion of Sweet Stuff Salsa (HOT), and a little grated cheese. Scrambled the whole batch in a pan. I must say, that I have never tasted scrambled eggs quite like these. The taste was a little bit omelet, a little bit scrambled egg, and a little bit sweet salsa with a “kick”. It had an awesome flavor that I look forward to trying again. Enjoy!
